I'm guessing Harmon coats it for them but at least their products aren't rebadged. They are unique. If Harmon is doing their coating and packaging then obviously they can only get it done when Harmon has time. There is quite the bottleneck from what I understand, hence the lack of availability of quite a few things the last few years.

Perhaps I am misinformed, but from what I can gather Bergger doesn't really make anything; they just order it up from someone else, put their label on it, and then sell it at a premium. And sometimes they are in business and sometimes they are not.

Ilford makes their paper
Not sure about their films

I have a box of 5x7 waiting in the wings...I have a box of Arista 400 EDU and a box of Tri-X to get through first.
Wouldn't it be a kick to find out that it's really Aviphot 200? 🤨

If it is, its probably been significantly flashed first. It has more "base fog" than any other film I've shot, none the less, I still quite like it in 120 and sheets. Fortunately 120 still seems easy to get, and inexpensive.

EDIT: it occurred to me that shooting it with a R720 filter would be one way to narrow the probability, since Aviphot is infrared sensitive--maybe I'll sacrifice a sheet to try.
