MURA for Chiaroscuro / need to learn who can do

Is there any scientist at the forum who can design a MURA for Chiaroscuro effect on 35 mm film and with 50 mm lens field.

I need same performance with Leitz Summitar at dim light when getting extreme Rubens like skin texture details , vains , smallest light and shadow difference , lots of color as Rembrandt .

Though not a scientist, I find your question quite interesting as I have done some research in this line.
Finally under the influence of some peyote I discovered by turning red rubylith and yellow stockings in a circular motion over the broken end of a old coke bottle I was getting an very Ruuebenesque effect on my transparancy RA 4 film. By including some orange peels to reflect light at time of capture I was amazed to see a more pronounced Rembrant effect. The veins on my head popped with delight as I anticipated the chiascouro effect on my lighting.
