Today marks the beginning of the last week for the March/April MSA. Get those negatives developed and images posted!
Russ
Ok boss!
Actually, I really do need to get my rolls of film developed - I shot images for this round ages ago but have been really busy since.

Ok, here's a little something I shot that I think fits the theme

Hey! Don't I know you from somewhere, mister?

Perhaps a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away?

For these two entries, the "Path" can be found in the images themselves, plus in how they got here.

They were both shot in an 80 year old camera, which I have owned since it was given to me in 1967. It is pictured here:

index.php

I used a roll of Kodak Super XX 616 film with a "Develop Before" date in 1951 - so the film was in its sealed box for about 70 years.

The shots were taken on Tuesday, April 26th at Deas Island Regional Park.

The first - "Path to the Viewing Tower" is here:

The second - "Shaded Path" is here:

Hope you like them.

Sorry. Cannot figure out how to put images in thread since everything was changed. I entered 3 in the MSA Gallery. Still cannot get to thread without using work around link. Getting too complicated for this old lady. Prolly will not renew membership next month...

Barbara, I've made this little tutorial, I hope this will help you, it's very simple, just 6 easy steps

Step 1.png

Step 2.png

Step 3.png

Step 4.png

I hope this helps!

You can select more than one image at a time by holding down the "control" button on your keyboard when selecting the images within your computer, but if that gets too complicated just post one image at a time, I'm sure we won't mind.

From a day or two after this MSA topic was announced, instant film pinhole:
and this on World Pinhole Photography Day:

I printed another MSA from WPPD today, but not thrilled with the print ( I used a new kind of gelatin for a salt print, and it caused some problems. ). I'll try again tomorrow but it won't be dry until Sunday.

Matt,

Thanks for the additional path images. I like them all, and especially the way the light falls in the background on "Shaded Path".
