Having won the Jan/Feb 2018 MSA, I am tasked with selecting the next period's theme. So many of the possibilities that were running through my mind were previously used, but this is a similar idea to one of the ideas I had. I like taking that which has been discarded and turning it into something new. We have such a disposable mentality at times. So why not new life breathed into an abandoned idea. A new use for a discarded tool. So my choice for the MSA theme is "One's Trash is Another's Treasure". Interpret any way it fits your vision and fancy. Film away. Film away.
A reminder that we continue to operate this "Assignment" with "analogue" constraints. If you are going to be doing any manipulations, they need to be "APUG" type manipulations - done with either light, camera, darkroom tools or physical manipulations - no digital manipulation.
As always, here is the link to the MSA guidelines: https://www.photrio.com/forum/threa...gnment-msa-guidelines-revised-2015-07.126124/
Thanks and have fun!
