Memorial Day sale on photography books from Aperture, up to 60% off

Not many at 60% off, but some excellent books at 50% off. I picked up the Emmet Gowin monograph for quite a bit less than the current price at Amazon.

Well there's 134 books, and only 28 are under $300.

I'm not sure what Apertures thinks, but apparently they think I'm shittin' in high cotton.

Not sure what you were looking at but there were 21 pages of books at 50% off, none of which were anywhere near $300. I think you must have been looking at the 'special editions' which are expensive but contain prints.

That was a link to the generic 'sale' page. There were links on the left side for filtering by '50% off books', '60% off books', etc. Anyway, I believe the sale is over now. They have them on every major holiday so check back next time and you should be able to save some $$$.
