Are there any differences in exposure measurement for medium format and 35mm? I have an MF camera that doesn't have a lightmeter, and would like to use the built-in meter of my 35mm SLR to determine the proper exposure and use those settings for the MF. Can I just directly transfer the measured values, or do any adjustments need to be made? Thanks.

as long as you set the 35mm film speed to be the same as the film you've got in the MF, you'll be fine (speaking from experience!!)
