Maui darkrooms?

Hi, I may be moving to Kahului in the near future, and I'm wondering if there are any community darkrooms or co-ops? Ideally I'd like a shared space with responsible, dedicated individuals where I could set up my own enlarger.

There are none that I am aware of. I don't think there are even any camera stores on Maui, other than Ritz. Frankly, there isn't a lot of anything in Kahului, other than a few big box stores.

There is a store on Oahu that sells film and darkroom supplies (they also sell used cameras); the only one left in the state AFAIK.

There could be something at Maui Community College, but it would likely require taking a class there. Christian Olivet is a LF photographer who lives on Maui, and he may know, if maybe there might be any photographers with a private coop darkroom somewhere.

There is a place called Dead Link Removed They do have a darkroom that I hope it is still working. I think you need to get an anual membership which is nothing exorbitant and then you pay something like $14 everytime you go in the darkroom. From what I remember, it is not quite like having your own thing, but at least you can get negatives developed and printed until you are all set up in your new place.
