Marketing of film names

When I first noticed Panatomic X, I thought what a great name. If you were marketing a new film, what criteria would it have? And what would you call it?

sounds like the name of something from the early '90s.

Film names with "Retro" irritate me. Film is not something from the past in my mind.

Adopan is a good name for an Adox film range.

LOL I agree. To get the full 90s/early 2000 effect maybe we could have the box be oversized for no reason and have it read MEGA-BASS.

Europan would work, but it sounds a little generic like a rebranded film.

Another EU name fitting one of the popular special effects films would be BureaucraCyan.

If I were marketing film, I'd be trying to allude to the perception that film use has unique characteristics including its "look" and imperfections - so "Panalog" for example, "Film Wabi" (an allusion to wabi-sabi, although it might get confused with Film Washi), "Film Look" (if you're trying to get that film look, why not use film?), etc.
