Hello , I received RB67 220 Back today for use with diy camera body. I could not remove the darkslide as it was so easy with Kiev 88. I found a manual talking about safety catch system. How can I hack darkslide catch system and able to use back as long as I want.

The slide is a small silver tab just above the darkslide. It's easy to release the slide just by pressing the tab.
No real need to modify it.

I have a Kodak Fluro Ektar 111mm f:1.5 and I want to build a box and gravity shutter for it.
