For Sale Two strange little fill lights

There's no name on these, but they work very well - very bright halogen bulbs, there's no info on them about power, heat, etc. But if you recognize and want them, how about $20 for the set (plus cost of shipping)?
They seem to have been made in Argentina, judging by the certification stamps on them.
