I'm desperately looking for a Photo Techniques Vol. 20, No. 2 article - either in paper or digital form. Anyone has this issue and would be willing to sell / borrow / share it? Any suggestions on where to look for it would also be much appreciated!

It's hard to locate this magazine based on volume numbers; what's the year/months listed?

Thanks for your quick response! However, unfortunately I don't know the exact year/months, all I know is that someone on the forums wrote at the end of 2000 that the volume in question was published "about 3 years ago", hence somewhere around 1997.
