looking for g-claron 210 (dagor) measurements

title says it all.
cant find an online brochure about early g-claron dagor design lenses.
can anybody help me out here?

i found only the sketches for the plasmat design lens.
is it the same as dagor? (i doubt it)

the table that monst posted doesbt give me the measuremebt of the whole lens.
ny purpose is to check for element spacing p

But likely you need to know the flange-distance between the the two cells. That distance is not listed though. I thought so, but the given distance is not exactly what you likely need.

where did you find sketches of the lens in question, please?
if i had the overall measure of the two elements together in the copal 1 that would be great. i dont need the flange distance. its a symmetrical construction.

At the Schneider site.
The overall lenght (maximum length of the complete lens, measured at the barrel fronts) in size I for 210mm is 42 mm for the version from the 70s.
The version from the 80s has a distance of 49mm.

You can easily distinguish between the two versions:
The older one is a 6E 2G, the younger one a 6E 4G construction.


So whatever shutter you got you should adjust to this distance.

Yes indeed. That is exactly why I posted the link in the wayback machine. (version 2012 sep 19) They also changed the list of pdf documents over time. So it is worth to scroll the timeline and search for other files. However not all pdf files are saved in the wayback machine.
