Harman does not rebrand ILford branded products, well at least they had not in the past.
Except when they let FP4+ get rebranded as Arista 125.
They'd probably let Leitz have some PanF to rebrand.

Apparently Leica's going to release their own B&W film: https://leicarumors.com/2025/06/16/...ew-black-and-white-35mm-film-from-leica.aspx/
Presumably it's just repackaged film from someone else, which raises the question: what film is it really? Adox 50? Ilford PanF? Agfa Aviphot Pan 80? It'll probably be stupidly priced, but I might by a roll just for the fun packaging.
pretty soon we will find out that every film is Aviphot. Always has been...I believe Adox HR50 is *also* Aviphot 80, apparently mildly pre-flashed to raise the base exposure level. At this point we need a list of films available that *aren't* Aviphot!

Isn't Aviphot basically just Harman Phoenis turned upside down and inside out?
Harman what now?I thought this was a family-friendly film forum!
Was FP4+ sold as Arista 125 before or after 2005?
will happily make different film for you
If it's ilford, it's probably plain old PanF+
It would not be. They would offer to make you an ISO 50 emulsion to your spec if you asked, but they won't sell you Pan-F+ for rebranding, no matter your assumptions based on things that happened nearly a generation ago. Kentmere is a different matter (and part of the reason for its continued existence).
