You have practically no yellow. A color chart would help prove this. You need more yellow development somehow.

I did a color adjustment of your image by adding a LOT of yellow and it looks much better. I'm pretty sure that is the answer.

You have made great progress, especially if the film speed has increased.
Looks like the saturation has increased on both cyan and magenta, which is great.
Once you sort out yellow, you will be very close to good results!
