I would say, aside from the small patch of sky that looks like a digital shot. Which is quite amazing but maybe in the inversive of the point you were trying to make.

Since it’s on your screen it cannot be anything else than digital, hard to argue this.
But this being a kodachrome thread, I posted a kodachrome scan. I don’t shoot digital because I deeply dislike digital.

How quaint.

I enjoy just about any medium that I can make a photograph with. Just so happens I get more satisfaction when a film image is perfect. More work went into it on my part.

I don’t even bother taking out my iphone when in front of a scene.

The orher day I missed two photo opportunities of a lifetime, the once a year thing, because of missing film. First shot needed to be in color and I had BW in the camera, the second was taking place on the elusive 38th exposure of a 36exp film. Using the iphone was not an option: I prefer to live with the painful souvenir than with a digital file.

A few months ago I purchased a Compilation of Magnum photos book. Somewhere at the 1/4 there are digital images shown (so obvious and quite untasty to my eye). Well, Immediately closed the book. Never reopened it and I am still thinking of burning it. And I am NOT joking.

Totally.
I have no time to shuffle through books with inferior quality images, nor with inferior images than mine. I spend at least 3 hours a day on my photography and when I look for something else I need to see better, not worse. It is subjective, I know.

I mean that profile photo of yours for instance, that should be hanging on a wall or the person hanging it on a wall should be hanged. And 3 hours a day? Pffft! I spend 20! And then I lucid dream about photography. Ansel wishes he could shoot as well as I. Moonrise over Hernandez? Ha! Moonrise Over Cowpatties!

My avatar? Legendary.

Yes, I spend at least 3 hours a day in my cave, printing, developing, cutting films...
Manipulating and looking at so many fiber prints sets the Bar a quite a bit higher than looking at screens and books with bad images...

Just as it is with Kodachrome itself, I am quite sure that this thread is DONE!
