So am I. You were unfairly attacked.

Steve

And to make the attacks even more unfair and uncalled for...as of 4:47 EST today, B&H STILL show that they are in stock. Last two times they sent out that alert email they sold out in an hour or two. This time it is nearly 24 hours and they still have some.

I ordered two rolls last night and was so happy I got them I nearly wet myself.

Will be the first I ever shot and looks like it will be the last, unless Adorama comes through on that backorder I put in last month.

So don't get so mad at the scalpers (yes I agree they are low lifes but as stated, its just the way it is), If you want some...there it is, go buy it. $11.20 a roll...damn scalpers.

I'd buy some if they didnt want to charge me $42US for shipping on 5 rolls to australia, but I hope people got enough to shoot what they need to. I'm still waiting for all of the EIR to show up on ebay, but I think Kodachrome has been well managed. It's a bit stupid to horde film with an announced time limit on it's processing anyway.

Yes, I agree that eBay seems to be a killing field for raking in a few gold ducats in terms of postage, that meaning the cost of postage often far exceeds the cost of the item itself! I bought a Command Back E1 for my EOS 1n from Adorama in NYC in May. It cost me US$29 on eBay. But postage cost to Australia at the fixed rate of USD$37.00. The actual cost on the package when it got here was USD$16.00. :surprised:

No one here attacked anyone, I simply gave an opinion in how I felt about it, so don't be turning it around and saying I attacked anyone.

Unless you are shooting the film, yes, hoarding is dumb given the timeline.

Well yes I agree, the word "attacked" was a bit strong. Guess I was just useing the wording used in the post that I quoted. In any case, the OP did find the need to defend herself after seeing the response given to the thread.

Thanks

Jason
