Depends on how you define "all", in "Do it all". I'm quite sure OP was thinking of just film, though.

I started out developing film (Verichrome Pan and Plus X) and paper (Velox) using Dektol for both. I'd call that pretty universal

Even now, if I am testing a camera and I just want a quick look at a negative, I'll use Dektol - it works pretty fast at full strength.
