I like Oakland on Thursday or Friday but am open to the other dates and locations. I posted a link to this thread on the LF forum so maybe others will chime in here.

Maybe APUG is dead in the SF bay area after all. Where is everyone? Does anyone want to get together for a beer and just shoot the bull a little? Some great local brew pubs everywhere it seems these days....

Or perhaps do a photo shoot one weekend together for a couple of hours? China Camp? Albany bulb for some of that weird "public art"? Bay Bridge toll plaza marsh for some neat juxtaposition of wild marsh and freeway? the closed Alameda air station for night or dusk shots? Downtown SF late in the day for shots down the streets of the sun low in the sky and long shadows? Anyone? Anyone?

I'm in for a weekend meet-up (I chimed in over on LFF also). During the week would be tough, I'll be driving from Sac.

I just discovered this post. I'm in the Bar Area. My friend/co-worker and I both shoot 35mm film and home develop(I got him hooked on it). I carry a film camera for street work daily in SF on lunch breaks and coffee trips, plus most weekends at farmers markets and photo walks.

Well I was just there and met up with a great APUG MEMBER. ..went to the SFMOMA...great shows..plural.. great day.
I did post about this a few weeks ago...so one needs to check in here frequently
Happy new year!
Peter

Just joined APUG, am SF based, always happy to go shooting with some people (or work together on prints at Harvey Milk Photo Center).

I'm based out of the east bay as well. I've been shooting mostly 4x5 for the last couple years and just started shooting 8x10. I'm part of tradition film and darkroom club at a local community college.

Hello! I just joined and in the Bay Area. I wanted to post here and see if people are around. Thanks!

Still here in San Francisco, been pretty active shooting 35mm and a little bit of 8x10. I’m printing at Harvey Milk Photo Center here in the City. By this time next year I should be retired and living in Flagstaff. I will miss San Francisco but there’s plenty to photograph in Northern Arizona.

Thanks! Would be great to shoot and connect with people.

I am in the process of learning film now.

I'm in the South Bay, but I don't really shoot all that often.
