I'm not sufficiently familiar with the specifics of all E6 chemistry to make a blanket statement on this, sorry.

No worries, it's hypothetical for me right now as I'm a long ways off from having either the containers or the refrigerated storage space anyway. 😀

Understood; btw, going out on a limb - for the bleach and fix the same would apply to E6 as for C41. The crucial points are the FD and CD parts of the E6 process (stabilizer and/or pre-bleach are likely also very stable regardless of how they're stored). The FD is essentially a very energetic B&W developer that has a profound influence on the contrast and color balance of the slide. That one is the most critical and it's also the one I'm the least certain of how it will fare under long-term storage. The CD is less critical as in principle it should go to completion - but it may require a longer time to reach that point as it ages. IDK for sure.
Another uncertainty is the fogging part which may be part of the CD (IDK; might depend on the kit as well?) This is often also very unstable especially if it's based on stannous chloride, which doesn't keep well in solution.

Adding to @koraks already excellent summary, I will also mentioned that E6 FD needs to stay very clean. There is multiple warnings from Bellini and Tetenal to avoid contamination from CD (or other chemical). So I use dedicated bottle/storage and funnel.
