My guess would be something that lowers the bar for beginners, something that makes it easier to enter the world of analogue photography and/or darkroom printing. I also do not expect a new film or paper.
A darkroom or an Ilford darkroom tent and a room to put it in?A simple but decent enlarger shouldn't be that difficult or expensive to make. Offer newbies that, along w/ a basic timer, a $8 red bulb and some 8x10 trays and tongs. What else do you need besides the chemicals and paper?
