It looks like a repacked Kodak 2.5l kit.

It's more likely to be Fuji...

It is definitely made in Japan, but I am not sure it is Fuji.

At least the bottles look exactly like in the kit sold as Jobo in Europe. As far as I know, these are manufactured by Fuji in Japan.

That may or may not mean it is made in Japan.
Most likely that is a business address, not a manufacturing location.

I've used up several of them - they work fine.

I haven't pushed them to as many films as they state, I usually stop at 24 rolls of mixed speed films (12 rolls per 1.25 litre as I use 1.25 litre storage bottles)

For clarity, that is a reference to the "Ilford" that actually owns the Ilford name, not the UK company Harman that has the license to make and sell the Ilford branded black and white products that most of us on Photrio are familiar with.
