So maybe you got 2 forms of artefacts, from same cause. At one location showing up as scratch (due to the silver-containing layer completely taken off, at other locations not taken off at all or only partially, with the resting silver-containing layer having been compressed, resulting in pressure-fogging).

Are both kinds of artefacts located in the same line parallel to the edges, or are both artefacts showing up each in a line of their own?

Yes, both problems look like at the same place.
In the second case (black lines, 1st roll), the paper was cut along the roll (106 cm was split about 50 and 50) so we can't measure up to cm but we see the logic. Half of the prints made on the "right" side of the roll showed no problems.
Prints cut from the "left" side of the roll showed parallel to the side problems.

The second problem was on roll number 1 of 4 and so the problem might be along with the roll and parallel to that exact roll and +/- few cm left or right.

We still have 2 more unopened rolls of parer and who knows would they exhibit the same problem and in the exact same distance from the side.
As well as who now could guaranty that they wouldn't. Looks like very expensive DIY paper experiments.

We have written now a letter to the Ilford Technical support on their web page with some additional descriptions and links to this discussion.
Exactly asking do they know about this problem and what would they advise us to do with it.

UPDATE:
I have contacted Ilford tech. support about our problem.
They considered my video and photos enough to approve the problem from the factory side.
Also, we agreed that I send a4 size cut with the scratch for them for evaluation as they think that problem that size was due to the supplied paper damage (before coating).
They agreed to change our 4 rolls and leave 2 unopened as compensation for our losses.

I think that is very honest and fair communication from their side.
Thanks for your help, Ilford. Thanks for your help, analog people.
