I investigated HQ-PMK 1:50 versus Rodinal 1:50 using Delta 100 with a Canon EF 50mm lens by photographing a test chart from the correct distance and evaluating the results using my scanner which resolves max 80 lppm.
It appears to me that Rodinal has higher acutance with slightly more grain. I don't see much advantage to using HQ-PMK.
