I shoot 35mm, strictly...black and white, strictly...

Still deciding on whether or not I'm going to vote. I'm still quite new to film photography, half way through my first year, and so still in a very experimental, unformed period of my personal process. However, I have, in the last six months , found myself to be consistently shooting in rather unlit situations, handheld. My two mainstays have quickly become

Ilford 3200
Neopan 1600

Bought six rolls of six different 400 speed films last week, with in mind the goal to select a favorite. Then on to the 100's. And I am very interested in the Rollei 25 and Pan F+. One of everything, please!

35mm and 120:

Fuji Neopan Acros and Neopan 400.

Classic Pan 200.

35mm only:

Ilford Delta 3200 and (less often) Delta 400. Very occasionally TMY 400.

So I suppose that makes 5 black and white films. Although 90% of the time these days it's Acros, Neopan 400 or Delta 3200.

[I use Adox ADX A+B with the Fuji films and Ilford DD-X with the Delta 3200 and have found since standardising on these a few months back that I've had consistently good results.]

Colour film: Pretty much just Superia 400 and Reala.

35 mm: Delta 100, Tri-X and Delta3200
120: Delta 100, Tri-X and Delta3200
4x5: HP5+ and P55

That makes five.

FP4 (8x10) Delta 100 (35mm ,120 and 4x5) Neopan 1600(35mm) and Kodak SW's in 100sp for color. (Usually 220 for commercial work Sometimes 4x5 but not often anymore)

I've tested everything over the years and these film with my process for development worked far more consistantly. I do envy the people who can trow caution to the wind and shoot all kinds of different films and take advantage of the different looks you can get but I'm way to anal for that. I really loved Agfa 25 and almost cried when they deleted it from the market. But Delta 100 has taken it's place and I keep my fingers crossed it to does not dissapear. From my viewpoint nothing else comes close.

I hope I don't have to write them all out. I am currently paring down the number and the lack of supply is helping quite a bit.

75% or more of my pictures are taken on HP5+, for black and white I also use FP4+, both 35mm and 120.
I have a few rolls of 35mm Kodak HIE in the freezer which I dip into now and then.
Velvia 100 120 when I feel like working in colour (doesn't happen often), and there is a roll of Kodachrome 64 in my Praktica LTL for when I feel like regressing to my teenage years!

Since this is in the B&W films area, I'll limit my list to the B&W films that I commonly use. I've been trying to narrow it down to a handful...here's where I'm going:

for 4x5 and 5x7:
Ilford FP4+
Kodak 320TXP
I'm struggling with the idea of replacing the FP4+ with Delta100. I really love the look of Delta 100 but, often find that the forgivness of FP4+ is better suited to my "relaxed approach to the details".

for 35mm:
Ilford HP5+
Kodak Tri-X
Kodak TMAX-400
J&C Classic Pan 400

I guess that makes five (or six) for me...

I thought I'd count

Ilford: FP4 PanF HP5
Kodak B&W: TX320 Plus-X Tmax 100 Panatomic-X
Kodak Color: Supra 100 (running Low) UC400 &100, Porta all Flavors, all speeds, EPN EPR EPD (saving last rolls), Kodachrome 200! and last of 25.
Fuji: Neopan 100 SS, 400, 1600, Provia 100f, Astia, Superia 200 and 400, 800, Instant B&W and Instant Color (4x5 and 3x4).
Agfa: APX 100, 25, tiny bit of 400, Optima 100 (120!) Portrait 160, Optima 200.
I think that covers the stuff I use generally in a regular basis. I didn't count the odd '1 or 2' rolls of really out there films, the 'Lumiere's and EPH, EPJ, PMZ, Vericolor, Edupe, EPY (8x10 big box anybody want it?) Fuji MS 100/1000, the 'east European' B&W's, or the TMZ, TMY, Delta 400 that I used to use all the time but don't or rarely.
Oh, 35mm, cans and bulk, 120 and 4x5.
Come to think of it I don't know if I 've ever NOT shot a film at one time. Konica Pro400? Yup. Agfa Utra 50? Yup, in 120. 3M 640T pushed a stop? Yup. Kodachrome 64 in 120? Yup, and sigh, still have a few rolls in the freezer.
