Oh! You got a f4s and a f5! If you don't mind me asking:
how much heavier is the f5 compared to the f4s?
What about balance?

Well, the odd thing is that, with identical lenses (in this case, 50f2 Nikkor-H lenses with the AI conversion rings), the F4s actually feels heavier. I don't have a scale handy that'd allow me to measure the weight of both bodies, though. Will have to wait until Tuesday.

24X36 : Zeiss Ikon Contessa , 3 Canon FD , 7 Canon Eos , and now 3 Nikon .
4,5X6 : Super Ikonta A (531) .
6X6 : Mamiya Six (folding) , Super Ikonta B (533 16) , Flexaret VII TLR , Rolleicord , 3 Rolleiflex TLR , Kowa Super 66 , 2 Hasselblad .
6X7 : Mamiya RB67 Pro S .
6X9 : Super Ikonta C (531 2) .
18X24 : old Gilles Faller .

Many old cameras , however in perfect working condition , except the Contessa , with a problem of counter , but it takes nice pictures .

I can defineitely say I own more cameras than houses.
Although I hope one day to have enough cameras to need a second house to put them all in.

(((AutumnJazz))) Also a dream come true here.
Was a bit of a budget stretch. But if not now, then when? Carpe diem and all that jazz...

Congrats...

Oh, btw, to answer your question about which balances better, probably the F5. If my F4s had the MB-20 on it, it would win hands down, when the 300f4.5 EDIF AIS is mounted. Both bodies seem to nosedive when the 85f1.8 is mounted. Surprisingly, the FM2n/MD-12 combo doesn't.

Sticky question.

She says; "Too many."

I still feel like; "Not enough." However, I am beginning to feel more "comfortable" with the line-up in the stable at this time. (Hmmmmm. "Stable" may have been the wrong choice of word. That is where she wants me to put them.)

Thanks! I suspected the f4 with the mb20 would be lighter, while heavier with the mb21. Got mine as a f4s, but it's gone back to a f4 with the mb20: makes it a much more "luggable" proposition!
One thing I know for sure now: the f6 is much, much lighter. Not surprising of course: it's missing the mb40 at the bottom!

fm2n/md12 is a combo I'm starting to like more and more. Still prefer the fe2/md12, but it's growing on me. The last 4 b&w rolls have been taken on that and the "feel" is just peachy. Dang: I need more time to take all these babies out!

*chuckle* Yes, I hear ya on that. Just added another body to the collection. Chrome F2 Photomic with a very weak meter.
