9 or 10 if you don't count the small bags that I bought for my 4x5 film holders. Probably more though.

4 Bags. And I feel like I could use a few more.

Lowepro TLZ Mini - I travel light with this bag, with only one prime lens.
Lowepro EX 160 - A body and a lens or 2
Lowepro Mini Mag AW - A body and whole host of lenses, flash, etc
Lowepro Slingshot 200 AW - Quick access to 2 bodies and a couple of lenses, and I'm uncertain about the weather.

Just the two.

A LowePro Nova 3 for travelling light.
A LowePro Rover AW Plus for long hiking trips.

Bart, sounds like my stuff. These days, when I know I have to do something in particular, I carry my Hassy/Prism/flash in a triple Trade Joe's paper bag. But for carrying stuff in general, I use a Crumpler which I don't like. I'd like to get a Domke F3....hmmm, that would make it now [undisclosed amount] bags that I have

4 in total, but only one gets used
A Roots bag, holds the Mamiya RB67, a 90, 150, and 250 lens. Plus all the usual other fun stuff like a shutter release, film, maps, pencils. Weighs about a Volkswagon. Ok ok about 20kg.
A courier bag from Old Navy. Cut some foam to fit my Nikon and a few other odds and ends. No longer used.
A locking silver attache style case bought at a bigbox hardware store. Held my Nikon and a Yashica C plus extras when I flew to New Orleans a few years ago. No longer used.
A small Tamrac bag that the wife has "liberated" from me and filled with her gym gear. At least it's being used.

The Roots bag was deal, but the straps don't adjust enough. Lots of room inside but no proper attachment for the tripod.
