I'm new. I've posted a bit here and there but I thought I'd say "Hi!" anyway. I shoot in both digital and film. I'm a confirmed Pentaxian. Spotties are my thing and I'm definitely partial to those old Takumars. My old SP1 is my favorite camera, bar none, though I am looking to upgrade that one soon to an SP2. I also have a Canon AE-1 that I am having some fun with recently. I shoot with a glorified Fuji P&S otherwise. No DSLR as yet.

I'm mostly into shooting portraits, wild life, particularly cats and birds. I like shooting people at work and in unexpected situations. I'm a major street photographer, but I think my portrait work so far is my best. I like faces mostly. I do take the odd sunset, and I do enjoy photographing flowers, but 9 times out of 10 I'm taking a portrait shot of something living, be it an animal or a person.

105MM Takumar, the 200MM Takumar, and the 50MM Takumar. The others I don't actually have as yet, I only have a 50Mm and the 105MM, so far, but I have played with the rest and I like them all. I think the 105MM so far is my favorite though.

Welcome. I've never had the chance to play with a Pentax, although I held a Pentax 6x7 briefly.
