Hi itsdoable, I have a broken "Cam" that needs a replacement. Do you know where I can find one? I live in India, so it's not feasible to send the lens in for repair abroad. Thanks.

Hi Roportho,

I do not know of a source for these, I use scavenged parts from old broken stock.

Thank you. Yes, this "pin" is what I referred to as a lever in my original post. Indeed this is missing and causing the issue. This is the closer look of the hole. Any idea?

I'd send it to Carl Zeiss in Germany for repair. I have only great experience with them and when it ccomes to the spare part, they are the most likely to have it. Their prices are very reasonable. they repaired 250mm lens of mine for $50, which included the shipping but then I'm in Germany. Call them before shipping your lens!
