Hasselblad film back A12 & C12 release without darkslide?

Dear Members,

Did anyone have the same problem with both a12 & c12 film back can be released from the hasselblad 500c without inserted the dark slide. But the same film back cannot attached to the camera without the dark slide.

The backs should not release from the body without a darkslide. It sounds like the backs and or the body need to be serviced. Since it does it with two backs, the body is more likely in need of the service.
