My virtually unused and otherwise perfect 350mm CF lens needs a repair, not to the optics but to the engagement mechanism of the speed ring lock. No idea how this happened or why. But it seems it's almost impossible to repair. David Odes says he can't do it because he has never been able to buy the necessary lens wrenches for this, and Hasselblad USA says they don't have the spare parts. Any suggestions?

Steve at Steve's Camera Service in Culver City, CA, just repaired my Hasselblad 110/2 lens. Would recommend him.

Get the specs of the wrenches needed and have them 3D printed.

By the way, that's a great lens, what were you wanting to photograph with it?

Do the LA shop. Many outside populated areas just Lack the talent today. My guy outside Santa Barbara is getting old and takes 2-4 times for him to get adjustments right.

I see Mike at Samys Camera on Fairfax. He is a Hasselblad trained repairman. He works fewer than five days a week so call first to find out which days he is in.
