Done.
Coupple of points, I have had a few Print file sleeves that seem to be slightly off, nothing too serious. I DO wonder if they are really the best thing as they are not WELL VENTILATED and SO may precipitate Vinegar Syndrome.
Proof sheets are matched up with print file pages and end up in a binder. Would love a set of 3 inch heavy duty, Archival Materials Oversize binder to take the 7 strips of 6 format Print file pages, and proof sheets with a 3 ring punched tap tipped on.
I do use old paper boxes to store work prints and snapshots. I wish that 11/14 Paper came in 100 sheet boxes as they would be better for this purpose The 50sheet ones are very shallow.
I do reuse Black bags to hold and ship unprocessed movie film. The Lab tends to not return the bags. Again Ventilation could be an issue with processed Movie Film.
Ventilation? And vinegar syndrome? I thought that this would only be happening in extreme conditions and also I thought vinegar syndrome was a product of the film when it was in storage before shot, I thought after it was processed this is not an issue?
it also takes like 50 years for this to happen, at least with the old films he did, so with new films that have been modernized, I can't imagine that this is a really large issue.
I could be wrong
There may be a few small brands selling 120 rolls and/or 35mm still camera films coated on PET bases, but all those from Fuji, Ilford and Kodak are on acetate bases. Only sheet films have mostly transitioned to PET bases, although even there some Fuji color sheets are still coated on acetate, or at least they were. I don't know whether the few exceptions in that latter category have recently been discontinued....only PET-based films are offered any more.
wow stone
you seem to be cursed to get bad printfile stuff ...
in almost 35 years ive never gotten a bad sleeve 135/120/4-5 all sorts.
nice survey simon!

It's true... This might be hard to see because it's clear, but I tried to take a picture to show you guys, this is the aftermath when I have to pull apart the sheet hole because I can't get the filming because the slit was improperly cut...
