UPDATE: Quote: "The third is a commercial photographer going Digi""l.
I am not excately sure what he has, but he mentioned "some Sinar's and some Pentaxes among other stuff...."...

now I know...

two boxes - one contaning 3 or 4 Sinar's with lenses, another box with 6 or 7 Pentax 6x7 with a bundle of lenses and filters. apart from this, a lot of light....

(I feel dizzy)

Wauv, thats a lot of nice gear coming your way. Im happy for you and your students to have all that to play with. Those Sinars are great cameras, Im really happy with my Norma 5X7, just wish I had the 4X5" bellows and rear std too so I wouldn't have to lug those extra kg around when shooting small formats e.g. color slides.
How much does that photog want for all that gear?
Best regards

This thread should be deleted completely, and threads with simillar content shouldn't be allowed. I am saying this for health reason. One could get heart attack/stroke and also it isn't good for mental health. Envy and jelaousy can lead to serious mental illneses...

Shared joy = single joy + a lot of suffering.

I just have to pick it up...:D

Let me lend you a van..... And I will drive it for you..... In fact, you don't have to come along at all!

Steve.

Thats the thing thing I like about APUG people here are allways ready to step in and help a fellow APUGer
Best regards

Just got a durst 3s (5x7). Also got a kodak glaceuse (huge beautiful beast), exposure frames... All given away because I bought last month a (at least 100 kg) heat-press for a fair price.
I will need multigrade filter set and should be ok. Now I am not, my van was fully loaded and a friend helped me. As with these things, the elevator broke down when it was the turn of the enlarger to go 5 floors up. Damn that was heavy...
I also have a 4x5 iff. Both my enlargers are from photographers that passed away... Even if I did not know them, their memories still are alive.

Gandolfi! Please, pass on some nice gear to a Swede - I can pick it up. I need to have something to do when you Danes are watching the FIFA world cup (soccer)...

Let's conclude this begging-spree (is it getting embarassing yet?) by recognizing that Gandolfi more likely than not got the nice goods because he actually does good things with them, and wish him continued good luck with a "Keep up the good work!".

Three Zeiss Luminar lenses ... Denmark must be Treasure Island.

indeed - and I have NO idea how to use them....

So I might sell them to somebody, that knows and wants to do macro work (not really up my alley)

It's dead easy: put one of them on a camera, point the camera at something, and move closer and closer until some bit of it appears sharp. Then take a picture.

Imagine how many photos there are, how many hours you can spend, documenting your alley with a Luminar. :D
