George Tice RIP

One of my very favourite artists died on January 16. A giant of the medium with a long career at the very top of the field in both photographic seeing and craftsmanship.

This thread inspired me to look at some of his images—I knew the name but not the work—and was delighted (as someone who moved here as an adult) to see his work on Lancaster County from the early 1960s. I was not familiar with it!
