I just purchased this camera. The shutter speeds all sound the same from 1 second to 1/500th--fast. B does work. Frank Marshman said:
"Sounds like the geartrain is not resetting or the shutter is not completely cocking. The shutter is Sekoisha. Considering the age of these shutters I am not surprised that it is not working properly because most have never been serviced"
The seller says the shutter was working before it was shipped, so I might have an issue with them, but eBay will probably side with me since it wasn't sold as a parts broken camera.
Hate to return it so I'm hoping to work out something with the seller and Frank.
In the mean time, anyone her work on this lens? Care to share how difficult it was to open and fix whatever the issue was? Finally, is there a repair manual around I could look at in case I decide to tackle this myself?
