Up for sale is a Rolleiflex 2.8GX in wonderful shape. Mechanically speaking the shutter is accurate, framing is correct, and there are no light leaks to speak ok. There are minor rubs and signs of use, the camera is used after all. The camera features a professional installed Maxwell bright screen, the bright version without microprism. This really improves the standard screen.
Also included is a late model Rolleinar 2 with leather case. A pop up rubber hood is included. Not shown is a standard Rollei strap that is also included.
The only issue: the meter in the camera does not shut off. This issue was checked by ProCamera down in Virginia and Bill installed a piece of tape in the focus knob that shuts it off. It is an accurate meter though. You simply have to focus to 1.1m to shut the meter off. In practice this never bothered me and in fact most of the time I just took the battery out.
