Rolleicord Vb, fully overhauled. Shutter cleaned, speeds good across the range. Focus smooth, wind smooth and consistent. New mirror. Original 'Rollei' split screen Fresnel focusing screen. Original leatherette covering. It works and will continue to work.
Lens, Schneider Xenar, is very clean. Focus aligned and in sync between viewing and taking lens.
The focus hood, removable, doesn't quite close all the way- you can see this in first image. And in the last two images you can see that there is a chunk missing from its frame. Weird, eh? I used this camera for a few weeks myself and never noticed any effect from this (maybe the rear staying up is related to this?). Just want to be sure to point this out.
Cosmetically it has signs of wear. Some tarnish on the viewing lens bayonet, some old sticker or tape on the sides of the back that doesn't want to come off. Wear all around- see photos. If I was a Japanese ebay site I'd probably call this Excellent+++ but I'm not so the cosmetics are 'good.'
A mechanically clean and solid user. And it takes the 6x4.5 kit, one of my favorite combos, the Xenar, Delta 400, an X0 green filter, and 6x4.5...
