Up for sale is a complete Beseler Color Darkroom.
1) Beseler 45 MXT enlarger in good condition. Includes baseboard. This enlarger is the last in the line and arguably the best in the line. It can be fully adjusted on the lens stage as well as the negative stage and was the second in the line of Beseler 45's in my darkroom going back to '76.
2) Beseler 45S color head, probably the best and most reliable color head that I ever used and was great with multi-contrast B&W paper. It uses bulbs that can still be found and I will include several spare bulbs.
3) Beseler Auto-16 paper processor. This processor was designed for the old EP-2 color process. When I no longer could get EP-2 chemistry and paper I had the the processor professionally converted to RA-4 by Miller Photo Supply in Elkton, VA. and used it very successfully for many years. It was working fine when it was replaced by a Fujimoto CP-51 only because I wanted to be able to print 20x24. The Auto-16 would print from a 4x5 to a 16x whatever all day long dry to dry in 4 minutes. The processor is fully adjustable in speed and chemistry temperature and uses 4 liters of chemistry per tank. It requires a 110 volt service, a water supply and a drain. You could operate it by manually changing water in the two wash tanks. It will also process B&W as well as color...very versatile.
I would like $700 for this Beseler Color darkroom. I will not ship at this time, but will assist in transporting this gear
Any questions, please PM me and I'll get back to you. Not interested in splitting this up at this time.
