If it is DP31, it has a reduced sensitivity to green (i think) and red.

Over here we call such: orthopanchromatic

BUT all these terms are vague. As you indicated, one should look at the whole spectrum. And if one looks at spectral sensitivities applied over the years, then even within one category they differ strongly.
