Filters from hvstar.net - real deal?

I'm looking for a good price on a hoya R72 infrared filter, and hvstar.net has them for $120 in 77mm size as opposed to the $300 or so they go for here. What's the deal? Are these the real thing? Is stuff that cheap in hong kong?

They make some nice cheap metal lens shades. I don't know about their filters.

I have dealt with them several times, including buying a Hoya R72 from them. They are the real deal, very fast and professional.
