I want to bleach back a highlight in a print to give it that little extra zing.
But do not now if it should be done before or after selenium toning,or does
it not make a differance.

Before. Try a small sprinkling of crystals in a little bit of water - about 3 fl oz, wait till they disolve then add a dash of slow paper fix - about 1/2 fl oz. Then use. I use a piece of an old cotton T-shirt, dip in the fluid, shake off any drops quite vigorously, then wipe over the hilights till they pop out. Warmtone paper bleaches much faster than cold tone.
