I think that recoating is a good idea when shipping is not a 100usd or about. Maybe in US - I actually seen on eBay a guy selling one worn to clear glass with description that know where to recoat.
You are guys in the US .. maybe check where is this place of opportunity.

I also had to spoil one of my few durst originals to make a mould

New manufactured reflector on the RIGHT from Serg. My best original reflector on the LEFT. Clearly a difference showing slow fading with time. The RIGHT one is the better of the two form post #24 above.

Hi, I'm Paolo from Italy.

I have a Durst CLS2000 with the same reflector.

I've seen you have it recoated, where did you do that?

My one is old and the coating was gone.

Could you gently help me?

I need help, the reflector hood of my magnifier has broken durst laborator 138s or 1000 cls. How can I fix it. You have a spare.

I contacted the Dr Fischer Group, a specialist lamp factory in Germany and one of the last factories in the world that still produces opal bulbs for photographic enlargers. To me they have expressed interest in producing a limited run of large-format light bulbs, which will allow everyone to restock their supplies.
At least you got replies from them.

On repeated inquiry by me on a complete different matter, concerning even an existing product of theirs, Dr. Fischer did not bother to reply.

Check with Serg in Ukraine. These reflectors have nothing to do with the topic of this thread and or Dr. Fischer and should probably have a separate thread, but I'm not sure if Serg has any more to sell.
