dumber question about the last days of third party manual focus lenses

I got some Tamron histories in my archive, but was not aware of that most useful.page. I got their Adaptall lenses from 1991 and 1994, but now I learned that there are 4 successor models.

last release in 1998, discontinuation of the range in 2006

discontinuation of the range in 2004 (to the OP)

the latest catalog I got at hand is from 1996
