Does Fomapan 400 need hardener fixer?

Hi, I'm trying to find an authoritative answer on this: is it necessary to use hardener fixer with Fomapan 400? Does anyone know for sure?

I have never used a hardening fixer with any of the foma films, just handle with care when wet.

I have used a lot of it, and use Hypam fixer. As long as you are careful while handling it, you shouldn't have any problems.
If you use a wipe or squeegee, use it only on the film base side, not the emulsion. I learned that one the hard way.

As others say no hardener is needed just fix normal in a good fixer like Hypam or Ilford/Kodak Rapid fixer.

You don´t need to use hardening fixer. Never used it with Foma films.
