There are 11 shots left to post. I had to edit a few of the posts to made sure the thumbnail appeared. Taking a brief pause here; I will post shots 19 through 29 very shortly.

Oh dear Lord what have I done???

And I thought the chicken was bad..............:w00t:

Maybe it would be better if Fred wears the polka dots and you wear the Speedo...

That was the last of them. 28 shots total.

Please identify your shots and provide some context, if possible!

Comments also welcome. If you can, please "reply with quote" so that we can easily identify the shot you are referring to.

Thanks to all for your patience!

Shawn:

Thanks for all your work, but shots 21 through 28 appear only as "invalid" attachments.

This one's mine. I wasn't happy with the flare in my picture in Round 6, so I decided to shoot the same subject again.

This picture explains why Camera 8.1 took so long. Instead of taking the direct route via the Helen McAllister, it took the slow boat to China (read PEKING):D

13 & 14 are mine. Brandon is built next to the Assiniboine River. The Assiniboine and the Red Rivers were the original "highways" of the pioneers. This particular spot (#13) has some large rocks protruding when the water level is low enough and can make for some interesting shots year round. #14 is a rest stop off the national highway just east of Brandon. It was dusk and the shot is overexposed. It looks like the camera flash went off. The ground cover is quite colourful otherwise.

Nice shots everyone! I particularly like #10 and 19, but I'm a sucker for abandoned stuff.

This was taken in the Skagit Valley, between La Conner and Anacortes, about an hour north of Seattle. Looking across sleeping tulip fields towards the Cascades foothills. I go up there with some frequency, I just love the flat landscape and the vast sky overhead.
