I know how bad the AF can be on medium format gear, but i just got a 45mm Distagon for my Contax 645 today and the AF is a bit..choppy. The 80mm is pretty brisk, and so was a 35mm that I used prior, but it seems the 45twitches back and forth when it gets close to the target and when I rack it back, it twitches out to infinity instead of swiftly making its way like my 80 does.

Is that normal for the 45? Thanks!
