I have several 60/100-250 Hasselblad lens shades. They work fine, but the inside is turning this off white color. Is there any way to clean the inside? Also, one of the shades came with some adhesive on the outside. Any way to remove it? Thanking you in advance.

I don't know how to clean the inside (mine are getting a whitish look to them too). Given that it is a very matte paint I would hypothesize that cleaning it really isn't an option.

Goo-gone is a good product for removing the external adhesive. Use very carefully because it is strong solvent that probably kills brain cells. Rubbing alcohol is less effective but safer.

Have you considered putting masking tape on the bayonet mount and spray painting with black mat paint? Or at $30 to $40 each, just buy new ones.
