What did you look at, ISO 6? Indeed, that is for speed determination of still camera B&W film.

You might have missed this one:


The procedure you referring to is for aerial film. My point, not very well made, is if this is aerial film, testing it as a still camera, terrestrial film, makes little sense. I shoot Ilford and Kodak for 35mm and 120.
I have some Plus-X aerial film in 70mm, it's for playing around. Not a proper still film. MHOFWIW

I like this film. $6.99/roll for whatever it is happens to be a good deal, as if I want a contrasty punchy film, this is it.
