I suppose one could take a 35mm SLR, mount a pinhole, use a film that gave 1 second exposure (based on the usual longest time exposure, - could be 2 sec) attach an autowinder and get a set of 35mm pinhole frames at some time interval (if the autowinder permits an external timing device). At one second the pinhole image will blur some motion.

Scan and create a short movie sequence. There are two time elements involved - the merging of motion in a frame, and the separation of the frames by some unit of time. Sort of a blend of time exposure and time lapse sequence.
Surely an automatic film SLR with a pinhole and a fast enough film will do this with no further modification (like the Canon EOS 300 that I use with a pinhole), just set to continuous shooting and let it go. It would help to have a remote release of some sort (which I don't have) and a tripod. Mine would need 800ISO or faster, at 100ISO I'm at about 2 seconds in bright sunlight (but that was Fomapan 100 which is noted for poor reciprocity failure).
