Nice work Blaze-on! One small thing, it's The Analog Photography Users Group and notThe Analogue Photographers Users Group. Other than that small typo, I like it!

Thanks guys...I've put off two client logo designs this morning to play with this...I must be one of them obsessive compulsive photographic types...

Nah...

More to follow when I get caught up.

Blaze,

Very nice work. Clients can always wait, right?

Well, not always, but I have great clients because they all recognize my passion for all things photographic...And they like my work...so they deal with me...or not! Thanks for the kudos.

Blaze, that's great - one shirt design that says it all. If they go with that design I'll get one for every day of the week and two for Sunday (don't ask!)

Very cool designs, those!

I'm afraid a big, man-style T-shirt would absolutely swamp me. I'd look like a little girl playing in her dad's closet. (I'm a size 0 with really small shoulders.) Can we add in a girl-style shirt? Or, if I buy one, can it be printed?

Cheryl, if Sean sets this up with Cafe Press you can pick and choose the style of shirt you want it put on and women-cut t-shirts are one of the options.

I know in in the U.S your spelling differs from ours in the U. K , but before you get them printed check Kallitype, I think you mean Calotype. I like your t-shirt designs and would be happy to wear any of them.
Best wishes Ben.

Kallitype is an iron/silver process, Calotype is a silver only process invented by Henry Fox Talbot. Interestingly, they both have the same Greek word roots that mean "Beautiful Picture" and were discovered in the same year (according to this: Dead Link Removed).

Cheers, Bob.

Well, either Blaze-on or scottermm would look really good on a photo vest...maybe one of each. Good work guys, looks like there may be something coming soon.

Now where that needle and thread, need to be ready so I can sew the new patches on......oh, yeah! There not ready - YET!!

Natt, if you are going to make a list of different types of alt. processes, you need to talk to Mateo. You missed uranium types and few others he does.

BTW I am with the ladies on wanting something a little more feminine. A nice V neck to fit the ladies would be perfect. I won't even get upset it they don't have the tag line under the logo saying, "Non-Digital Diva"

Bob, I'm sorry I've never heard of Kallitype until now, I stand corrected. Thanks for pointing it out, I was just trying to prevent an expensive mistake.

Cheers Ben

I only know 'cos I bought the "Spirits of Salts" book which has a lot of different alternate process methods in it. Still not got around to trying any though... Kallitype is similar to the Van Dyke process - more complicated though as far as I can see...

Cheers, Bob.

Hi guys, just an update..

I plan to do this in 3 phases:

1.) I am going to start with t-shirts first going through zazzle.com which have a better variety than cafepress.com. We will probably have 5 designs spanning a heap of colors and styles.

2.) I have not found any of these online shops that have decent hats. I don't really like the big trucker style foamy hats these shops provide, so for the hats I am going to have a look at some local vendors and see what I can come up with. So hats for phase 2

3.) Accessories. Bumper stickers, buttons, keychains, coffee mugs, etc. Will look into that more when the time nears.

Thanks for the designs!

Also, how about "gum bichromate" instead of just "bichromate"??

Don't know if anyone caught this yet, but there are 2 "L"s in palladium...
Kerik

For all to know, when I posted my design that lists the various processes, I did ask for help in listing more or to correct any mispells.
And at this point, it is not a chosen design.

If it is, it can be corrected before upload to wherever.
Regardless if chosen or not, as a vendor, I may just run a couple dozen myself and offer extras here for some of you.

Thanks to all who commented positively on my ideas.
