I just opened a bottle of the developer, and it came out orangey-brown. I'm not sure about how old the bottle is, but it's probably less than a year, and the seal looked good. Is this color normal for this developer?
Thanks
Tom

Turns out it was no good. So maybe if Eco Pro B&W paper developer isn't a "light straw" color as described in the safety sheet, give it a pass.
cheers

Yep, if it's brown it's no good. I stopped using this developer a long time ago because the concentrate only lasts a couple of months once opened.
